inspection of crane safety protection device

(1) overload protection device. Whether the overload protection device is sensitive and reliable and meets the design requirements, and the opening pressure of the hydraulic overload protection device; Whether the comprehensive error of the set point of mechanical, electronic and integrated overload protector alarm and cut-off power source meets the requirements

(2) torque limiter. Moment limiter is a safety device for preventing overload and overturning of jib crane. Check the sensitivity and reliability of the torque limiter through the increase method or the increase method, and check whether the comprehensive error of the set point of the torque limiter alarm and cutting off the power source is within the specified range

(3) limit position limiter. Check whether the luffing mechanism, lifting mechanism and operating mechanism of the lifting equipment can produce an alarm signal when they reach the set position distance, and automatically cut off the power source running in the dangerous direction

(4) windproof device. For the crane with the height of the hinge point at the boom root greater than 50 meters, the anemometer should be checked to see whether it can accurately alarm when the wind speed set point or the working limit wind speed is reached. For cranes operating on rails in the open air, check whether the parts of rail clamps, iron shoes and anchoring devices are deformed, damaged and the reliability of their independent work. For the automatic rail clamp, the reliability of the windproof device against sudden gusts and the crane running brake to realize the windproof function and the electrical interlock switch function under the non anchoring state should be checked

(5) anti roll device. For jib luffing and jib type cranes, check the reliability of anti roll device, the sensitivity of electrical interlock, and the indication accuracy of luffing position and amplitude indicator

(6) buffer. For different types of cranes with different lifting weights and running speeds, check whether the configured buffers match, and check the integrity of the buffers and whether they can touch the stops at both ends at the same time

(7) protective device. Check whether all kinds of protective covers, guardrails, guard plates, ladders, etc. on the crane are complete and reliable, and open drives exposed on the crane that may cause winding injury; Whether the coupling, sprocket, chain, drive belt and other rotating parts have protective covers, whether the pedestrian passage on the crane, the ladder and the parts that may cause personnel exposure have protective barriers, and whether they meet the requirements. The electrical equipment of outdoor crane shall be equipped with rain cover

electrical control device

(1) control device. Check whether the electrical accessories are complete and whether the mechanical fixation is firm without looseness and jamming; Whether the power supply cable is aged or exposed; The insulating material should be good. No damage or deterioration; Bolt contact, brush and other connecting parts shall be reliable; The electrical equipment and components selected on the crane shall be compatible with the power supply, working environment and working conditions. For bare wire power supply, check whether the external coloring and the setting of indicator light meet the requirements; For the power supply of flexible cables, check whether the cable retraction is reasonable; For the collector, check that the sliding wire is free of bending, jamming and reliable contact

(2) electrical protection. Easy to operate main isolating switch shall be set at the incoming line of the crane, and emergency power-off switch shall be set on the crane, and check whether the main power supply can be cut off. Check whether the crane power supply and each mechanism are equipped with short-circuit protection, voltage loss protection, zero position protection, overcurrent protection and overspeed and loss of excitation protection for special cranes.
